EVA Air moving to daily service on Paris route

Sunday, 05 Jul, 2016 0

EVA Air is increasing capacity on the Taipei-Paris route to daily service from October.

The Taiwanese carrier currently flies four times a week and will increase it to seven from October 10.

The airline says strong demand has spurred the capacity increase with load factors consistently above 80% for the last three years.

In October the service takes off from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport at 11:30 pm daily and leaves Paris for the return journey at 11:20 am. every day.

EVA began flying to the French capital in 1993 but discontinued service in 2003.

It then resumed Paris flights again in 2003.

EVA Air currently serves the Paris route with its iconic ‘Hello Kitty’ painted aircraft on three of its four round trip flights a week, which it said will continue.
