Ex-Amex salesman joins ATP
Advanced Travel Partner has recruited Darren Brown from American Express as multi-national sales manager.
He is to head the travel management company’s multi-national sales operation in its London office, in order to help win further global accounts.
Brown moves 13 years working on multinational sales for Amex. He started his career in operations for tour operator Thomas Cook.
International sales and account management director Adam Knights said: “We are delighted that Darren has joined the team to help us grow our multi-national client base in 2008 beyond. His appointment is a reflection of the company’s aggressive expansion plans for next year.”
ATP currently services a comprehensive global client base across many sectors, including Acergy, Balfour Beatty and Debenhams.
