Exclusive Resorts spends $100 million to grow 20%
Exclusive Resorts, known as a pioneer in the fast growing luxury residence club market, acquired 46 new residences that add another 20% to its worldwide portfolio.
The new residences in four beach destinations represent over $100 million in luxury real estate added to the company’s vacation homes.
Exclusive Resorts says it is the world’s largest luxury residence club.
Said Donn Davis, CEO:
“We are proud to have secured 46 new residences at four of the best branded beach resorts in the world with Experanza, Los Cabos; Grand Wailea Resort, Maui; St. Regis, Ft. Lauderdale; and The Residences at Bath Club, South Beach, Miami.”
The Denver-based company offers hundreds of luxury residences in dozens of destinations. Residences have an average value of $3 million. The homes combine the spaciousness and elegance of a private home with the services of a five-star resort.
Members pay a one-time fee starting at $195,000. Annual dues range from $9,500 to $30,000, depending on the travel plan.
