Executive Leisure Team Leader-Beijing
Our business in Greater China currently employs over 150 staff in Hong Kong & Mainland China, and with the rapid expansion of our business in the Greater China region, we are now looking for and experienced consultant / leader to establish and lead this new team.
Executive Leisure TL
- Help develop and grow this new team by working closely with the Op Leader and Product & Marketing Leader.
- Networking at business and industry events to help build client base.
- Maintain operational and service excellence by following up on team members to ensure compliance with minimum standards and operational procedures.
- Lead by example at all times.
- Regular communication with AM’s, Sales and team members to resolve any operational issues.
- Drive performance and profitability by having a thorough understanding of key business drivers of the business and a sound business plan to achieve goals.
- Support, grow and encourage the team members through on the job coaching.
- Create and promote a strong team vision in alignment with the team and company goals.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews on all team members.
- Ensure daily or weekly team meetings occur in an environment of total information sharing.
- Supports and promotes preferred supplier usage.
- Resolve client issues in a satisfactory manner to all parties concerned.
- 50% operation and service role, 30% marketing and networking role and 20% leadership role
