Fiji’s first online videos as agent training tools
Outrigger On The Lagoon Fiji has launched another first for Fiji, through a series of online videos which provide a stunning visual tour of the Resort and which are designed as dedicated sales tools for travel agents and wholesale partners.
Outrigger GM Mr Paul Hughes said, “Our aim with these videos is to provide an easy to use and compelling tool for agents to use with their customers, as a result these videos are NOT hosted solely on our website.”
“We have designed them as sales tools for agents to sell Fiji as a destination and the Outrigger on the Lagoon as Fiji’s only five star resort.” “By hosting them on an independent site, it allows agents to safely show prospective clients the video without losing them to an online booking service”.
“We recognise the importance of agents to the growth of the tourism business to Fiji and wish to support them with whatever training and sales tools we can.”
“Videos such as these are definitely a first for any Fijian property and I also believe we would be among the first to be providing this tool direct to the agents without any link back to a home website and booking tool”, said Mr Hughes
