First Choice is Red Nose Day travel partner
First Choice is the ‘Official Holiday Partner of Red Nose Day 2007 on March 16.
It is inviting its industry partners to make donations to the national charity campaign, which launches today.
First Choice staff will be taking donations via Foreign Exchange bureaus until the end of March and each shop will be supplied with Red Nose Day themed point of sale materials.
Staff will also be encouraged to set up a local fund-raising event.
First Choice Radio, broadcast in the shops, will air ‘jokes of the day’, and the company’s website will take on the campaign’s red theme and will show information about the campaign and regional events.
Customers will be targeted with an email campaign and ‘welcome home’ mailings will be themed. Even ticket books and luggage labels will become part of the campaign.
Cabin Crew will be showing a Comic Relief film on short and mid-haul flights and staff in with Red Noses will be collecting money on all flights.
