First sales director for Scottish hotel group
Julie Morris, a former board director at JAC Travel, has become the first sales director for Scottish independent hotel group Crerar Hotels.
She joins the company – which has five properties – next month in the newly-created role having had 20 years experience in both the travel industry and hotels.
The group’s chief executive Paddy Crerar said: “Julie’s role will be to develop and focus business during the next crucial stage of the company’s development. Her valuable knowledge of both sides of the industry will be invaluable in today’s challenging and fast changing marketplace.”
Crerar’s properties include the the Oban Bay & Spa, the Isle of Mull Hotel, the Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa and Scotland’s Hotel & Leisure Club in Pitlochry.
