Five-Diamond Florida resort offers great service at a great price
The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, one of only seven AAA Five-Diamond resorts in Florida, is currently offering room rates starting at $149 on select dates. The "Summer Beachfront Break-Away" lodging special runs until the end of August with prices discounted up to 60 percent.
"Many families are cutting back on expenditures this year, but don’t want to miss out on summer vacation time together," said Dale Haney, vice president and general manager of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. "Our attractively priced summer rates allow a family of four to enjoy the ultimate amenities – the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Northeast Florida beaches – at a historic top-tier resort for less than $150 per night."
The summer rate special includes dramatic reductions on all room categories without minimum night requirements. The resort’s standard room is traditionally priced at $250 per night during the summer season. Guests can now enjoy this same room for $149.
While parents explore the resort’s renowned amenities, younger guests can enjoy all the fun of the summer kids’ program. Starting June 15, the day camp offers a variety of sessions directed by a staff of trained recreational counselors. Activities vary daily, and include collecting sharks’ teeth and seashells on the beach, trips to the pool and themed crafts projects.
A Florida landmark since its opening in 1928, the 300-acre oceanfront resort is easily accessible by car for Georgia and Florida visitors. Guests can make reservations for summer lodging and kids’ camp by visiting www.pvresorts.com/breakaway.
