Flight Centre joins hands with Uber for Business
Flight Centre Travel Group has signed a new partnership agreement with Uber.
The travel agency group’s corporate customers will be able to integrate Uber for Business bookings within their expense management accounts.
It will be fully compatible with all Flight Centre’s corporate travel programmes for booking, mobile apps, expense reporting, and reconciliation.
Flight Centre’s various business travel platforms include FCM Travel Solutions and Corporate Traveller.
Uber bookings will sync with the respective accounts and show up in a client’s travel reporting summary.
"Through the process of consulting with our customers, we sought to understand their pain points when it came to ground transport," Flight Centre said.
"By keeping our customers at the centre of innovation and understanding what they needed, we were able to partner with Uber to create a solution that provides real tangible benefits."
