Four dead in tour bus crash near Machu Picchu
Four people are dead with at least 16 more injured after a tour bus fell off a cliff in Peru. The bus fell more than 300 feet after leaving Machu Picchu.
Authorities said three Colombians and one Peruvian were killed.
Many of those injured were foreign nationals from Israel, France, Spain, Argentinia and Greece
The crash happened about 60 miles from Cusco.
A Canadian citizen was transferred to the ICU.
The other injured persons’ nationalities include Israeli, French, Dutch, Peruvian, Spanish, Argentina, Canada and Greek.
The National Police of Peru is investigating the cause.
