France and Italy has not yet included the digital photographs required for entry into U.S. without a visa, after October 26.
Visitors from France and Italy, approximately 1.3 million a year, could be prevented to enter the U.S. and/or face custom problems upon arrival in the U.S.
Twenty five of the 27 visa waiver countries have already incorporated the digital photos in their passports.
