France to drop tests for fully vaccinated travellers
France will scrap pre-travel Covid test requirements for fully vaccinated British travellers. Currently, arrivals must present a negative test result taken within 48 hours.
It cost will save about £100 for an average family trip, and boost bookings. An official announcement is expected ‘in the coming days’ said Clement Beaune, France’s Europe Minister. Greece and Portugal recently dropped the need for pre-travel testing for fully vaccinated travellers.
