Fusion Hotel Group adds new Hue hotel to portfolio
Fusion Hotel Group is taking over a new hotel in Vietnam.
It will assume management of Dong Duong Hotel in Hue, Vietnam and is set to open in the third quarter of 2025.
Dong Duong Hotel becomes Fusion’s second property in Hue after Alba Wellness Valley by Fusion.
The Fusion hotel portfolio spans several hotels in Vietnam and Thailand.
The new hotel has a prime location on the bank of the Huong River.
It consists of two towers with a total of 161 rooms, which are designed in period Indochine style.
Upon completion of the rebrand, the hotel will offer full-service amenities, including multiple dining venues, spa treatment rooms, wellness facilities and MICE services for up to 250 guests.
Historic Hue welcomed nearly 3.9 million visitors last year.
Hue is set to host the 2025 National Tourism Year, with the signature Hue Festival featuring over 170 events at both national and provincial levels.
The city aims to attract five million visitors in 2025.
“With a long-term tourism master plan in place, we are excited to enter this exclusive market with such an exceptional property. We look forward to combining the rich legacy of this iconic property with Fusion’s service excellence,” said David Roberts, COO of Fusion.
Dong Duong Hotel is scheduled for a grand opening in the third quarter of 2025.
