Global announces conference details

The Global Travel Group and Independent Options will hold a two-day conference for members on March 8-9 at the Ramada Piccadilly in Manchester.

A spokeswoman for the group said ‘Conference 2010’ will update members on the group’s progress and focus on ways to trade profitably during the economic crisis.
 
Agents can book on Triton Rooms system and the conference package includes two nights’ accommodation at the hotel on March 7 and 8, breakfasts, lunches and a gala dinner on March 8.
 
The first 100 agents to book will be offered room rates from £49 for a single room and £85 for a double room, based on two nights’ accommodation.
 
“Bookings for conference are now under way and so far the response has been very positive,” said the spokeswoman.
 
Key sponsors for the event include Virgin Holidays, Cosmos, Travel 2 and Triton Rooms.
