As James Bond prepares to celebrate his 50th birthday around the world this October 5th on Global James Bond Day, his adversaries are having a show of their own, closer to home for American fans.

Washington D.C.’s International Spy Museum has announced the arrival of a new interactive exhibit, "Exquisitely Evil: 50 Years of Bond Villains" featuring artifacts like Jaws’ teeth from The Spy Who Loved Me, Dr. No’s tarantula from Dr. No and the killer satellite from Goldeneye.

All together the exhibit will offer fans the chance to see over 100 shady artifacts from 50 years of Bond badguys (and girls), most of which have been supplied by Eon Productions, the London-based producer of the much-heralded new Bond film Skyfall, opening in November.

The Museum has yet to give dates for the exhibit, which is set to feature interactive displays allowing visitors to create their own personal lairs, become a villain and do other fun and nefarious things.

"We are thrilled to see James Bond’s villains come to life in an exhibit that will mark 50 years of 007 defeating his cunning and brutal adversaries," said Peter Earnest, the Museum’s executive director and a former CIA covert operations officer.
