Greek specialist fails
A Greek specialist travel company has gone bust with more than 100 forward bookings.
London-based agency and operator Greek Tourism-Travel ceased trading after going into liquidation. It was a member of ABTA and held an ATOL licence.
ABTA said: “It is believed that the company had approximately 130 forward bookings and it is likely that many of these customers will be able to continue with their holiday plans.”
The association added: “In the first instance, customers should contact the credit control departments of the tour operator with whom their holiday was booked, but if customers have booked a package holiday with the tour operator side of Greek Tourism-Travel Ltd then they should call 020 7 453 6350. For non-ATOL claims or for further assistance call the ABTA Claims Department 020 7 637 2444.”
The company was based in Regent Street, London.
