Green list holiday travel takes off
Sunshine-starved Britons have taken flight this morning as the first green-list travellers. Brits are finally able to travel again without quarantining on return, but only to a handful of ‘green list’ countries.
There are a dozen countries and territories on the green list with Portugal the main attraction for people seeking a sunshine holiday. As the only major holiday zone on the list, UK based airlines have moved quickly to add about 300,000 seats to Faro, Funchal, Lisbon and Porto.
