HAL launches group incentive program
Holland America Line is launching a new program targeted at the MICE market called ‘Incentive Choice.’
The exclusive package offers preferential group pricing in suites, verandahs and staterooms along with a beverage package featuring unlimited fountain drinks, nonalcoholic coffees and a complimentary bottle of house wine with dinner.
Incentive groups will also receive a choice of one dinner in the Pinnacle Grill per guest, a 100-minute Internet package or a one-hour group cocktail party with hot hors d’oeuvres.
"In developing Incentive Choice, we responded to our trade partners who asked us for flexible policies and generous amenities for their incentive-focused groups," said HAL vice president of North America sales Eva Jenner.
"We also employ a dedicated charter and incentive team that provide detailed attention to every group."
Jenner says groups can customize their meetings at sea or group shore excursions and additional amenities such as private cooking demonstrations can be arranged.
"It’s a fun way for the group to bond while learning about Holland America Line’s five-star cuisine."
