The “Hamptons by Helicopter” or the “New England Fall Foliage Flight” at a starting rate of US$15,000, includes:
- A two-night stay in a luxurious “Avenue Apartment” at The Setai Fifth Avenue. This one-bedroom suite features separate kitchen, dining and living areas, a Duxiana king size bed, Pratesi lines, an oversized Zuma deep soaking tub, glass enclosed floor-to-ceiling rain shower, an Espresso maker and a host of other amenities.
- On the morning after the first night’s stay, following an in-room breakfast, guests will be whisked to a nearby helipad via the hotel’s Maserati for the 45-minute helicopter flight to Stockbridge, the quintessential “Norman Rockwell” New England village. This luxury helicopter from HeliFlite is reserved exclusively for guests.
- In Stockbridge, a car and driver is at guest’s service throughout the day. A gourmet picnic basket awaits from The Red Lion Inn.
- Guests can follow that with a visit to the Norman Rockwell Museum itself, or to Chesterwood, the National Trust for Historic Preservation home of legendary sculptor (Lincoln Memorial) Daniel Chester French. Or, indulge in some Holiday shopping on the “charming” main street of Stockbridge.
- To complete the day, an intimate table has been set at the Red Lion Inn, where guests can enjoy cocktails by the fire and a four-course dinner before heading back by helicopter to the bright lights of New York City and The Setai Fifth Avenue.
- Before settling in for the second night of their stay, guests can enjoy inspiration (and a nightcap) at Bar on Fifth, where a bottle of champagne has been chilling for their arrival, and “cool” jazz performances are in full swing.
