Hana Tour and Amadeus enhance partnership for online retailing
Korean travel company Hana Tour is enhancing its online retailing capabilities with a renewed partnership with Amadeus.
It will implement solutions from Amadeus Agency Insight – Amadeus Search Analysis and Amadeus Booking Benchmark as well as NDC.
Through data feeds from Amadeus Search Analysis and Amadeus Booking Benchmark, Hana Tour will be able to monitor and forecast demand and trends to offer personalized content to customers.
NDC gives Hana Tour access to aggregated NDC content from airlines, providing a full range of content and the tools to build tailored services and ancillaries.
Chang-Ho Ryu, Managing Director, Hana Tour said, "Amadeus has been a long-term partner and we are excited to continue working together in Korea and Asia Pacific. NDC as well as data and analytics enable us to personalize travel retailing and help create travel itineraries that are relevant to each traveler."
In 2018, Amadeus partnered with Hana Tour to upgrade its international website.
Sebastien Gibergues, Senior Vice President, Online Travel Agencies, Amadeus, Asia Pacific said: "Despite the disruption caused by Covid-19, Amadeus has continued to work closely with our OTA partners to help develop innovative solutions for travelers".
"This renewed partnership with the largest travel agency in Korea allows us to strengthen its position as a market leader."
