Hard Rock Punta Cana launches new food hall concept
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, has opened a new food hall concept, The Market Food Hall, which replaces the buffet style restaurant.
The Market Food Hall offers an array of street food cuisines, made-to-order with locally sourced ingredients and a selection of hand-crafted cocktails.
The Food Hall experience includes a New Orleans style French market, Mexican Mercado, Asian Market, Italian Mercato, Spanish Boqueria and a full bar serving classic Dominican and traditional cocktails.
It also showcases a variety of desserts from the global cuisines.
"The Market Food Hall will offer a different dining experience for guests that goes beyond the traditional buffet," said Janice Adey, UK Regional Sales Director
"The concept will be the first all-inclusive food hall of its kind in the Dominican Republic."
The design for The Market Food Hall was inspired by the surrounding Punta Cana scenery.
Unique features include a hanging tropical garden giving the space a contemporary greenhouse design.
