Hawaiian Airlines stepping up efforts
Hawaiian Airlines is increasing transpacific service in anticipation of a peak summer travel season.
“Our advance bookings indicate this summer is going to be very busy, so we’re putting every seat we have out there,” said Mark Dunkerley, president and CEO.
The airline’s principal US markets are Seattle and San Diego. Its added flights will increase summer capacity to Maui by 32,000 seats.
Hawaiian Airlines is Hawaii’s biggest and longest-serving carrier. It is the second largest provider of air between Hawaii and the mainland US
