Hebridean to go to Buckingham Palace

Hebridean Island Cruises will join 200 other companies holding the Royal Warrant exhibiting at Buckingham Palace this summer.

The cruise company will be at the Coronation Festival open to the public in the gardens of the Queen’s home between 12 and 14 July.

Special guests, including members of the Royal family, can visit a preview on 11 July.

Hebridean Island Cruises’ chief operating officer, Ken Charleson, said:  "We will be showcasing the very best of Hebridean Island Cruises and highlighting our unique offering on our stand, designed to capture the home-from-home ambiance on board Hebridean Princess.

"In addition we will be offering visitors a tasting of our own labelled Single Malt whisky to pay homage to our Scottish heritage."

Hebridean Island Cruises was awarded its Royal Warrant in January 2012.
