A dedicated trade website has been opened by accommodation supplier Lowcostbeds.com.
The site at lowcostbedsagents.com is powered by the same technology as lowcostholidays.com which is claimed to be 95% faster than other UK websites.
New search and book facilities deliver up to 700 search results in under three seconds, the fastest in the industry.
Other new features include Manage My Booking, enabling agents to view, amend and cancel bookings online. Dynamic Results Filtering is a feature allows agents to dynamically filter results down to suit their customer’s budget, resort, board basis, star rating and property facilities.
New search results pages have been created that give agents a clear summary as to which properties are offering free child places, early booking discounts, free nights and upgrades.
Sales director Tim Buckman said: “This year more so than ever we are enjoying some fantastic offers from our suppliers, and having the ability to direct agents to these deals is crucial.”
Commission of 15% is paid for bookings.
