Hilton grow online distribution
Hilton Hotels has expanded its online distribution across Europe by securing deals with leading French and German websites.
Both GoVoyages.com and hotel.de have signed agreements that will see the hotel group become a preferred supplier.
Hilton International sales senior vice president James Farrow said online partnerships were central to its distribution strategy.
“Across Europe, customers are becoming ever more reliant on the Internet when booking their travel requirements,” he said. “In 2006, online travel bookings are expected to grow by 60% in Germany and by 40% in France and the UK.”
