Hogg ‘considering stock market return’
Hogg Robinson may make a return to the stock market.
The corporate travel group’s chief executive David Radcliffe is reported by the Daily Telegraph to be “actively considering” an initial public offering in the next 12 months as one of a series of options.
The company was taken private five years ago and has since off-loaded non-core assets to concentrate on business travel through the BTI brand.
Hogg’s acquired New York-based Sea Gate Travel in April in what is thought to be the first in a series of acquisitions.
