Holiday Extras buys partner of five years
Holiday Extras has bought airport hotel and parking specialist, City Hotel Reservations.
Established in 2003, CHR has been a partner of Holiday Extras for more than five years.
It operates airport hotel and parking websites such as www.heathrowhotels.com and www.stanstedparking.com.
Over the last two years Holiday Extras has built or acquired relevant airport hotel and parking specialist assets, including Purple Parking’s brand and website and parking software provider, Chauntry.
Holiday Extras also completed a management buy-out in May 2018 valuing the business at £100m.
Matthew Pack, group CEO of Holiday Extras, said: "We’ve worked with the team at CHR for more than five years to supply airport hotel and parking inventory, and during that time we’ve been impressed with their strong customer service record and the quality of the online customer experience.
"Their websites are therefore a natural fit for our business and we’re pleased to announce this latest acquisition today."
