Homeworking company to set up shops in Tesco
Your Holiday Booking, one of the homeworking divisions within The Vertical Travel Group, has announced a partnership with Tesco stores to provide a series of pop-up travel shops in selected branches.
Your Holiday Booking has been trialling events over the past three months, which have been deemed successful.
Staffed by teams of homeworking agents, the initiative is supported by Efteling, Funway and Jet2holidays with others keen to be involved – all who have helped fund and provide material for distribution.
This is one of a series of activities aimed at growing brand awareness and building customer relations in local markets.
Group recruitment and development director, Paula Nuttall, said: "The growth in our homeworking community allows us the luxury of staffing these pop-up shops.
"We tried several locations earlier this year, which yielded bookings from local consumers-so we are confident this is a recipe for success.
"The trials have allowed us to refine our approach and process, and with our local marketing strategy we hope to attract new customers into the Tesco stores."
