Tempo goes snuffling, cuddling and sipping in Italy

Join the trifuloa (truffle hunter) and his dog in a real truffle hunt in the Piedmont countryside of northern Italy with Tempo Holidays’ three-day Snuffle for a Truffle package.

The hunt is followed by guided tasting; accompanied with bread, salami and local wines, and culminates with a truffle menu dinner that night.

The price is from $602 per person twin share which includes the hunt and tasting, a guided visit to a wine cellar with tasting of Piedmontese wines, two breakfasts, one dinner and two nights in a historic villa.

This is just one of Tempo’s new short-stay focused experience packages in Italy.

Three-day Cuddle and Chocolate in Pisa (from $1204 per person twin share) which includes a spa package (medical consultation, two Turkish baths, one chocolate massage, one aroma massage and one face treatment), a visit to chocolate production with tasting, two nights in four-star spa resort, two breakfasts and one dinner. The package operates to a minimum of two people and is available all year.

Three-day Great Wines of Tuscany package (from $819 per person twin share) features two Tuscan wineries with tastings, an afternoon cooking class preparing typical regional dishes and enjoying the fruits of your labour at dinner. The package operates to a minimum of two people and is available between 15 April and 30 October next year.

Three-day The Saffron Secrets (from $1002  per person twin share) in Bevagna, Umbria which includes a visit to artisan saffron production, a cooking class based on saffron followed by a lunch of the prepared dishes,  two night accommodation, two breakfasts, two lunches and one dinner. The package operates to a minimum of two people and is available all year.
