African Safari

Africa Odyssey is offering a new deal for Southern Tanzania: three nights at Serious Safari Camp, three nights at Jongomero and three nights at Ras Kutani from US$6,432 per person, which it says is a savings of $1,967, based on two people sharing. The price includes international flights from various US airports, internal transfers, full board and most activities. The offer is valid for travel from July onwards, but must be booked by March 15 2012.  The Serious Safari Camp is situated in a game reserve that  is one of the last great wilderness areas on the continent. The reserve has the highest concentration of African wildlife, countless birdlife and is home to over a million large animals and half of Tanzania’s elephant population. The camp includes guided game drives in open-sided 4×4 Land Rovers as well as escorted bush walks and, while at Serious Safari Camp, there is also a boat safari. Gourmet meals are offered on a private verandah, by the swimming pool or under the starry sky around a fire as the sun sets.
