Hotel software firms Hotelogix, AxisRooms and RepUp team up in three-way merger
A trio of hotel software providers have announced a merger to offer a full SaaS solution for hospitality customers.
Hotelogix, with offers cloud property management services has merged with hotel management software firm Axisrooms and RepUp, which is a customer engagement solutions platform.
The new entity is called Hotelogix PTE and will be based in Singapore.
Until the merger the three businesses were headquartered in cities in India.
Combining the businesses gives it a presence in more than 100 countries and a customer base of 10,000 including hotels, resorts, campsites, villas and vacation rentals.
It covers full stack solutions across operations, distribution and customer experience with a workforce of more than 200.
"With this merger, we will have a wide range of solutions to offer. This definitely gives us a huge competitive edge against our competitors at a global level," said Aditya Sanghi, CEO of Hotelogix.
The merger and integration makes it one of the largest SaaS providers for the hospitality sector in Asia Pacific.
"Our existing and potential customers across the hospitality industry can now avail a newer and advanced level of agile solutions across the full spectrum of the guest lifecycle," said Pranjal Prashar, CEO of RepUp.
