HotelConnect steps in after Bluebookonline failure
A dedicated phone line for agents with clients affected by the demise of non-ABTA bedbank Bluebookonline has been set up by HotelConnect.
Ian Ackland, commercial manager of the accommodation-only specialist, said: “While bookings cannot be assigned – since the failed company was not an ABTA member – we will do our best to match destinations and dates for agents looking to rescue dynamic packages created using Bluebookonline’s hotels.â€
The number is 020 8736 1049.
ABTA bonded HotelConnect handles accommodation only bookings for approx 300,000 travellers a year.
