HotelPlanner appoints first COO
Bruce Rosenberg has been appointed chief operating officer for HotelPlanner and Meetings.com in a newly created role effective immediately.
Rosenberg has been working with the West Palm Beach, FL based companies since their formation in an advisory capacity, and since 2011 as executive vice president.
He brings a wealth of executive level experience in hospitality, with Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Marriott.
He has also served in operational and executive positions at Hotels.com/Expedia, Pleasant Holidays and AmaWaterways.
"This promotion for Bruce will allow us to continue to capitalize on our position as the world’s largest seller of group travel online on a global basis," said CEO Tim Hentschel.
"Mr. Rosenberg has gained extensive operational experience working at HotelPlanner and Meetings.com and this role is a perfect fit for his leadership skills."
Rosenberg will be based at the companies’ headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL.
Hotelplanner is an online platform for global group hotel sales giving users access to quotes direct from hotel group sales managers globally.
