How delicious!! Café Vienna’ – The best Viennese recipes and melodies

Sunday, 18 May, 2007 0

The Austrian National Tourist Office and Universal Music Australia have announced the launch of ‘Café Vienna’, the first classical CD & integrated cookbook.

The Austrian capital is not only home to the waltzes of Strauss but is also the only city in the world that has a cuisine named in its honour!

‘Café Vienna’ is one of those CDs you can literally “eat” with its temptingly positioned ‘Mohr im Hemd’ (Chocolate Hazelnut Pudding) on the front cover inviting you to a world of mouth watering Viennese tastes including recipes of the New Sacher Cookbook.

Let it take you on a musical-culinary journey through the best Vienna has to offer, many of Vienna’s superb coffee houses visited by The Mole in Janaury this year and reported in TravelMole.

And even better, in conjunction with ‘Café Vienna’, the Austrian National Tourist Office & Emirates Airlines are offering one lucky winner the chance of a lifetime to experience the grandeur of Vienna on a trip for two staying at the home of the Original Sacher-Torte, the Hotel Sacher Wien for 3 nights, followed by a 3 nights stay at Sacher’s sister hotel, Hotel Sacher Salzburg.

Emirates offers daily connections to Vienna from Sydney , Melbourne , Brisbane & Perth via Dubai.
