Leading supplier to travel industry Salary to $100k 130 staff – predominately Sydney based Our client, a leading provider to the travel industry is looking to appoint a newly created position of HR Manager. The position will be part of the management team involved in developing an integrated approach to all HR activities. Your overall objective is to provide a range of services to the business including recruitment, remuneration, performance management, training and retention strategies. Key responsibilities:- Work with management team on talent management (planning, development etc) strategies as relevant for each individual business areas. Coach leadership team on any resourcing and people management issues Manage recruitment budget, & play a hands on role as required by management with any recruiting procedures and related areas. Manage company wide training and development budget across each business unit. Manage annual salary review and bonus process. Implementation of HR polices procedures and communication. The successful candidate will have strong generalist HR skills with previous experience in a management role and tertiary qualifications in HR or another business discipline.
