Hyatt launches all-inclusive brand
Despite the recent rain and wind, Hyatt Hotels Corp. yesterday opened its first all-inclusive resort, designed for vacationers, weddings, and meeting and convention groups.
The Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos offers 568 suites and junior suites, 34 swim-up suites, 16 two-room suites, and one presidential suite, each equipped with natural stone tile, spa-style bathrooms and in-suite refreshment bars.
The property has eight restaurants and six bars. There are Spanish, Japanese, French and Italian restaurants; a classic steakhouse; and adult and children’s buffets.
The resort also has 35,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including an 11,624-square-foot Grand Theater that holds more than 500 guests.
In addition to the traditional meeting space, there are outdoor lawn, garden and beach venues overlooking the Sea of Cortes, meeting concierges and a full array of audiovisual equipment.
For weddings, Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos has on-site wedding planners and a variety of wedding celebrations designed to create the perfect memorable event.
There’s a complimentary Kid’s Camp for children ages 4-12; a 24-hour fitness center; more than 50,000 square feet of swimming areas and a separate adult-only pool; and a water feature area with fountains, splash areas and waterfalls for children and families.
