IHG adds four new hotels in England
IHG Hotels & Resorts is boosting its UK portfolio with four new hotels.
These include new signings and openings in partnership with Fairview Hotels.
These are voco London – Bloomsbury, Garner Hotel Lincoln, Garner Hotel Rotherham East and Garner Hotel Chesterfield North.
Combined, they represent 380 rooms added to IHG’s pipeline.
It takes IHG’s currently open and in development hotels in the UK and Ireland to more than 400.
The UK is the company’s largest European market.
“We are thrilled to be adding four new properties with Fairview Hotels, expanding our partnership to six hotels and underscoring our shared commitment to growth in the UK,” said Willemijn Geels, VP, development, Europe, IHG Hotels & Resorts.
voco London – Bloomsbury features 114 rooms and will stay open while the rebranding takes place.
It will officially join the voco brand in mid-2026.
The other three hotels come under the Garner brand.
Garner Hotel Lincoln and Garner Hotel Chesterfield North are both scheduled to open later this month.
