IHG signs three Hotel Indigo in Pacific Northwest
InterContinental Hotels Group will bring its Hotel Indigo brand to the Pacific Northwest with a trio of hotel openings.
IHG announced details for Hotel Indigo Vancouver Downtown, Hotel Indigo Everett, and Hotel Indigo Spokane which are all expected to open before the second quarter of 2020.
The new-build 138-room Hotel Indigo Vancouver Downtown will have a restaurant, lobby, rooftop bars and meeting space and will be located along the Columbia River in downtown Vancouver.
The Everett property will be located on the Puget Sound waterfront, within the Port of Everett and will have 142 rooms.
Amenities planned include a fitness center, an indoor pool and 6,100 square feet of meeting space.
It is expected to open by the middle of next year.
Also opening next year is Hotel Indigo Spokane, a conversion from an existing historic building built more than a century ago.

There are now more than 50 Hotel Indigo properties open in the Americas region.
The brand was launched by IHG in 2004 and has grown to 88 open hotels globally with a similar number in the development pipeline.
