Insight Vacations expands team to cope with massive growth.
Insight has announced that it has had to recruit ten new full time reservation staff to cope with the massive increased demands for its product
Lorraine Sharp, Insight Vacations Managing Director said, ”We have hand-selected a group of individuals from very different backgrounds from fashion sales to the music industry and hospitality and have chosen people with not only impeccable customer service skills but also the ability to problem solve and a flair for friendly service.”
“While many of our new recruits are graduates of AFTA Travel College, each new member has completed over 240 hours of training before they speak to their first client and we believe that it’s through our commitment to training that we have the best quality staff to service our clients.”
It’s particularly important to have a high calibre of staff on board during this busy period and our ‘Earlybird Night On Us’ offer means that the phones are extremely busy.”
Insight says that this intake of staff coincides with a large recruitment of tour directors in Europe, to help cater for all of the new departures Insight is now offering to meet increased customer demand.
