It is difficult sometimes for us at TravelMole to know if we are providing you, our valued subscribers with the type or range of news that you want or that you are looking for, helping you be right on top of what is happening.
This is made even more difficult because of the breadth of sectors of this great industry, ranging right through from inbound and outbound travel to all elements of tourism and hospitality.
We could send you a survey to complete, but that would take up more of your valuable time than you probably have to spare in these busy pressured times, so we thought that we would ask you to take a few seconds to email us with some bullet points, to assist us in making sure that we satisfy your news needs.
The following are some of the areas that we think might be of interest to you and about which you may wish to comment: –
*** The TravelMole eNews is sent out to you by email everyday, usually in the morning. Do you like it being sent in the morning or would you prefer about lunchtime or early afternoon when you might have more time to read it, when you have dealt with all those first thing in the morning emails and meetings?
** Do you get too many emails from TravelMole? This can be adjusted by going into your profile in My TravelMole and deselecting some of the eNews that you have said you want to receive, but let us know want you think.
** Are there sectors of the industry about which you want us to provide more coverage?
** Do you like the destination and “on location” features that we run from time to time?
** Is the occasional request to log in with your user name and password an irritation to you and do you remember your user name and password?
** Would you like to see more regular industry sections, i.e. aviation, hospitality, destinations, events, attractions, your specific industry sector, etc
** Would NZ subscribers like to see a NZ section whenever possible featuring NZ news?
** Is there anything that irritates you about TravelMole?
** Your suggestions……………………?
