ITC Luxury buys Western & Oriental
ITC Luxury Travel has bought Western & Oriental for an undisclosed sum.
The deal includes the travel brands Rainbow Tours, Regent Holiday, Villa Select and Western & Oriental and follows a management buy-out of ITC, led by chairman Paul Pindar, last August.
The acquisition will almost double ITC’s turnover to more than £75 million, from which the group is expected to generate a profit of around £3.5 million. Last year, the group made a profit of £1.7million.
