Jamaica’s Half Moon ends relationship with management company
Half Moon Resort in Jamaica has suddenly ended his relationship with RockResorts, which will no longer manage the property in Montego Bay.
The resort issued a statement saying the change in management after a five-year stint was a mutual decision.
Both parties agreed to terminate the contract after RockResorts, a subsidiary of Vail Resorts, decided to shift its primary focus to its mountain lodge properties.
The owners of Half Moon Resort since its opening more than 62 years ago will take over the management and operation under the leadership of general manager Sandro Fabris.
"The owners have a dynamic vision for the future of the resort and those plans will be announced in the coming months," it said.
