Japan and South Korea prepare for Typhoon Danas
Japan and South Korea are to be hit by ‘hazardous’ weather conditions due to Typhoon Danas, warns the Foreign Office.
Travel advice was updated to say the typhoon was expected to bring hazardous sea and weather conditions to parts of the country today..
It said the typhoon season normally runs from June to November and visitors should ‘monitor the progress of approaching storms on the Korean Meteorological Administration website and follow any advice given by the local authorities’.
