Jet2.com adds service from Scotland to holiday hotspot
Jet2.com will start twice weekly summer flights from Edinburgh Airport to Malaga on April 2.
Flights will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays, from £29.99 one way including taxes.
Managing director Ian Doubtfire said Malaga is the most requested destination from Edinburgh Airport.
Tickets are now on sale.
Also going on sale today are Jet2.com flights for winter 2011/2012 direct from Edinburgh Airport to Budapest and Prague from £29.99 per person one way including taxes.
Meanwhile, Jet2 has secured an earlier slot for its flights from three UK airports to Murcia after the Spanish airport relaxed restrictions on its arrival times.
The new flights are as follows:
Leeds – Murcia
Flights operate from 31 March to 31 October 2011. Departing 8am, arrives 12 noon local time.
Newcastle – Murcia
Flights operate from 4 April to 25 October 2011. Departing 9.05am, arriving 13.05pm local time.
Edinburgh – Murcia
Flights operate from 31 March to 27 October 2011. Departing 9am, arriving 13.15pm local time.
