JetBlue Expands Caribbean Network
JetBlue is adding two new overseas vacation routes from New York JFK.
New Yorkers can jet off to St. Kitts and Nevis and Belize City later this year.
With JetBlue’s entry into St. Kitts and Nevis and Belize, the airline will now operate in 27 countries within the region.
Overall, JetBlue will now serve 29 countries from JFK with nearly 200 New York flights per day on average during peak periods.
Flights to St. Kitts will begin November 2, with three flights weekly.
“This not only adds year-round airlift capacity for growing travel demand but also enhances the tourism industry,” said Dr. Terrance Drew, Prime Minister of St. Kitts & Nevis.
JetBlue’s first-ever New York flight to Belize takes off on December 6, and will be the only airline on the route.
The airline is also adding new service at LAX to Nassau, Bahamas, and from Boston Logan to Maurice Bishop International Airport in Grenada.
Domestically, JetBlue announced the upcoming launch of Orlando – Raleigh-Durham flights.
By the end of 2023, JetBlue will be serving 26 nonstop destinations from Orlando.
“These new routes will position JetBlue to deliver even more growth and connectivity to popular destinations,” said David Jehn, VP, network planning.
