Kenny Dalglish jumps ship
One minute football legend Kenny Dalglish was regaling fellow passengers on a Silversea cruise with stories of the good old days, the next he was being hauled off the ship and sent back to Liverpool.
The Anfield hero was a celebrity guest host onboard the Silver Wind on a seven-day voyage from Dubai when he got the call appointing him as the new manager of Liverpool Football Club.
Poor Kenny had not choice but to abandon ship and return home in time for last Sunday’s match.
Unfortunately he continues to sail close to the wind – Liverpool lost that game against Manchester United 1-0 and the next, against Blackpool 2-1.
