Key appointments at Gold Medal and Travel 2
Gold Medal and Travel 2 have appointed new heads of contact centre sales for each brand, and a new head of customer experience for parent dnata.
Simon Owen is now heading up Travel 2’s contact centre in Glasgow. He has been with Gold Medal for 10 years.
Adrian James, who has worked at Gold Medal for 14 years, has been promoted to head of sales at its contact centre in Preston.
Felice Bretman, formerly Travel 2 business manager worldwide reservations, has been promoted to the role of head of customer experience for dnata.
In her new global position she will work on a raft of initiatives designed to further strengthen the organisation’s customer interaction.
Lisa McAuley, managing director tour operations B2B at Gold Medal and Travel 2, said: "The appointment of three new leaders, all armed with the depth of knowledge and experience that Simon, Adrian and Felice possess, will be pivotal to the continued growth and successes of Gold Medal and Travel 2.”
