Kuoni has agreed a new revolving credit facility of CHF 200 million (£133m) for the next five years.
This replaces an existing credit facility of CHF 209 million, which wasn’t due to expire until June 2106. The Group said it had initiated early refinancing to benefit from attractive conditions on the capital markets.
The lenders are a syndicate of seven banks.
