Laos hotel Avani+ Luang Prabang launches wellness package
Laos hotel Avani+ Luang Prabang has debuted a new wellness programme ahead of World Wellness Weekend next month.
The multi-day ‘Luang Prabang Serene Sojourn’ package includes meditation classes with a monk, health-conscious meals, alms-giving ceremonies, plus other immersive activities.
Activities start early with the Sunrise Cruise by Mekong Kingdoms breakfast experience served on board a traditional boat.
It is served as guests sail past ancient temples.
On weekends, guests join meditation sessions hosted in a Buddhist temple by Monk O-Bee, a highly respected elder.
Hotel guests can also join locals for a daily alms-giving ceremony.
Voluntary donations to temples will go towards development and maintenance.
The Laos hotel features signature wellness therapies performed in a tranquil setting.
The three-day, two-night Luang Prabang Serene Sojourn package starts from THB11,940 (approx. $338) per night inclusive of breakfast, transfers and a complimentary 60-minute massage.
