Longwoods acquires destination advisory firm Clarity of Place
Destination marketing research and intelligence firm Longwoods International has announced the acquisition of Clarity of Place.
Clarity of Place is an advisory firm that helps destination organizations and their communities work more strategically.
It leverages data-driven, proprietary methodology to use the positive impacts of the visitor economy.
“We are so pleased to welcome Clarity of Place to the Longwoods family,” said Amir Eylon, President and CEO of Longwoods International.
“They work hands-on with destinations to guide them to better understand their tourism economies.”
Clarity of Place is developing approaches to help destinations evaluate the alignment of the needs of visitors with those of residents.
It also evaluates brand image and the ability to remain competitive.
“For us to join Longwoods will allow us all to better serve destinations as they build stronger communities for both residents and visitors.” said David Holder, co-founder of Clarity of Place.
